How fast will my order arrive?
Orders ship free within the United States and typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel leaves us. If you are ordering for a specific date, please order at least a week ahead so there is room to spare.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order gets a tracking link by email once it ships, and you can check the status any time on our Track My Order page.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Please contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can deliver to your country and what the timeline looks like.
The message card
Is the message card included, or is it extra?
It is included with every order, at no extra cost. Each design comes with its own written keepsake card, and the exact wording is shown on the product page so you know what they will read before you buy.
Can I change the wording on the card?
Each design ships with its written message. If you would like something different, reply to your order confirmation within a few hours of ordering and we will do our best to accommodate it before the order is packed.
The jewelry
What is the jewelry made of?
Our pieces are finished in 14k white gold or 18k yellow gold over a durable base metal, and set with cubic zirconia stones. They are tarnish-resistant and made for everyday wear. Material details are listed on each product page.
What size is the chain?
Chain lengths are adjustable to suit most necklines. Specific pendant dimensions are shown in the product images. If you need a particular length, message us before ordering and we will tell you what fits.
Will it irritate sensitive skin?
Our finishes are nickel-conscious and suit most people, but if you or the recipient have a known metal sensitivity, please contact us before ordering so we can advise on the specific piece.
Gift packaging
Do I need to wrap it myself?
No. Every order arrives in a gift box with the message card already inside, ready to hand over.
What is the difference between the two boxes?
The standard box is a clean gift box that is ready to give as it is. The mahogany-style luxury box adds a wood-look finish and a soft LED light that switches on when the box is opened. You can choose between them on the product page.
Can you ship directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter their address as the shipping address at checkout. We never include pricing or invoices in the parcel.
Returns
What if it is not right?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece for a full refund. Contact us and we will send you a return label. There is no restocking fee.
What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
