Our promise about reviews
Every review we publish comes from a verified Cherish Bond customer who actually placed an order. We do not write them, we do not edit them, and we do not quietly remove the critical ones. If a piece disappointed someone, we would rather you knew that before you ordered.
Left a gift with us recently?
We would genuinely like to hear how it landed. You will get a short review request by email a couple of weeks after delivery, once the gift has had time to be opened. Photos are always welcome, and they help the next person decide far more than our own product shots do.
Had a problem instead?
Please contact us before leaving a review. Most things people are unhappy about, such as a parcel running late or a piece that arrived damaged, we can put right quickly. We would rather fix it than have you settle for less than you paid for.
